William McLaughlin joins as MD. The recognised industry heavy weight brings Executive and Board-level experience from his time semiconductor industry giants Motorola and Global Foundries.
Sivers IMA changes name to Sivers Semiconductors and also changes the names of its subsidiaries to Sivers Wireless (formerly Sivers IMA AB) and Sivers Photonics (formerly CST Global) to better reflect their respective markets. The name change is part of a larger marketing and branding work to clarify the common identity within the Group.
Sivers Semiconductors AB has been approved for trading on Nasdaq Stockholm and moves from Nasdaq First North Stockholm. The first trading day of the company’s shares on Nasdaq Stockholm was June 10th, 2021.
